THAAL SERVICES
This service is Thaal, featuring a delicious multicourse non-veg meal that caters specifically to family and friends.
There is a strong belief that “The family that eats together stays together,” and hence you will dine with the family from a stainless steel platter called a Thaal, which will be laid out on the floor or table. A maximum of 8 people can be accommodated on the floor, while 7 people can be accommodated at the table.
Eating from the Thaal is considered to be a symbol of unity, equality and sharing. Each dish will be served individually as a separate course and will be placed in the center of the platter. Diners will serve themselves by taking their desired portions and placing it in the section of the Thaal that is directly in front of them. The family has a “no waste” policy, so diners are asked to only take as much as they can eat.
